Landscape photography is my favorite type of photography for the simple reason that I love the outdoors and being in nature.  Our earth is precious, and there are many beautiful scenes to capture, but those scenes are becoming more and more difficult to find and enjoy as they become more crowded and polluted.  Let's take care of our planet!

I've had the great good fortune to travel extensively with my wife.  We've covered most of the corners on this earth with the exception of Africa.  Since I've never really been a "wildlife" photographer, that aspect doesn't draw me in.  ... Maybe someday.
